About the MHA Degree Program

Classes run continuously throughout the year in five 8-week sessions, and you can begin the program in the fall, spring, or summer. This 30-credit program is composed of ten 3-credit courses. Students choose a hospitality management or gaming management track.

Hospitality Management

By taking courses in service management, financial analysis, human resources, etc., you’ll develop the leadership skills you need to get that promotion you’ve been waiting for or to embark on a entirely new career path in the hospitality industry.

By sharpening students’ industry knowledge, skills, and competencies, this sub-plan prepares graduates to enter management positions in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Gaming Management

This degree track will help you develop a solid knowledge base in gaming operations, marketing, accounting, etc., giving you an edge over the competition as you seek to move up in your organization.

The Gaming Management sub-plan prepares students to work in casinos and other gaming enterprises. They’ll learn all aspects of this unique industry and gain a full understanding of regulations, financial analysis, operations, and more.
