In response to these needs, Tecovas is expanding its Work category with the launch of the Women’s Long Haul Waterproof Round Composite Toe Work Boot. This introduction marks the first women’s-specific addition to the Long Haul line, designed to offer dependable protection and comfort in a streamlined silhouette.
The Women’s Long Haul boot features an 8-inch shaft, a 1.5-inch heel for stability, and a U-shaped toe profile aimed at providing a comfortable, generous fit. It is made with waterproof cowhide leather and built using Goodyear welt construction, chosen for its durability and repairability. The boot is equipped with Tecovas’ proprietary Total Energy Command, or TEC, system, which includes a cushioned footbed and a nonwoven insole with an integrated shank for stability and designed to return energy step after step.
For traction, the MuckOFF rubber outsole offers slip and oil resistance, and uses a self-cleaning tread designed to shed mud efficiently, helping maintain grip across varied conditions. Safety features include an ASTM-rated composite safety toe, protection against impact and compression, electrical hazard ratings, and fully waterproof construction from the upper to the outsole.
The design approach focuses on practicality and versatility, avoiding excessive embellishment while maintaining a refined shape. The boots will be available in Tan/Cafe and Midnight, two neutral colorways chosen to complement a range of workwear and environments.
The women’s launch builds on the foundation set by the broader Tecovas Work Collection, first introduced in 2024 with three Long Haul styles developed to support workers across industries. It also continues the brand’s effort to expand into performance categories while maintaining an emphasis on craftsmanship and materials.
